2005 Ming Yuan Hao 'Nu Er' Raw Puerh
From Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, Mengla County. Made from spring, sun-dried leaves. This selection has a very high proportion of young tea sprouts which give the tea a delightful sweetness. It was also blended with more mature sun-dried leaves from the same area to give the tea body and to balance the proliferation of young leaves. Notes of wood and peach. Liqour steeps in the orange tones.
The qi is extremely stimulating and uplifting. Lots of immediate huigan. The compression is quite tight - take care when opening the cake. The qi is quite energizing.
