Snow Shan White Tea hails from the Ta Xua Mountains in the Son La region of Vietnam. From the local Snow Shan variety of ancient tree, this tea has a big presence in the mouth with a prominent sugar sweetness and gorgeous floral and just-ripe fruity bones. The leaves are large and fluffy, with the tea buds covered in the downy white hair that puts the "snow" in the Snow Shan name.
This tea was picked and produced by local H'mong tribes people, who live among and care for the Snow Shan tea tree forests.
2020 Harvest, Hand-picked. No agrochemicals were used to grow this tea.
