2023 Organic Sencha Japanese Green Tea

This light-steamed, full sun organic Yakushima grown sencha makes a nice everyday green tea with a subtle sweet flavor and a fresh grass aroma.  The astringency is soft, not overbearing.  

This is a Yabukita heavy blend from early April 2023.  Certified JAS organic.
