Paradise of Clouds Vietnamese Green Tea

From Ta Xue Mountain in northwestern Vietnam, this green tea is made from the Snow Shan variety of large leaf tea tree growing at 2800 meters elevation.  The trees are very remote and are an average of 100 years old, so the roots are deep and the the trees have substantial nutrition.  The area is clean, no pesticides or fertilizers are used. |

The tea is thick and substantial with an alluring powdery sweet aroma that is both entrancing and unusual.  This is definitely a desert island green tea for us.
