Pine Nut 55% Dark Chocolate Bar from Ritual Chocolate Factory

Ritual made this bar with inspiration from the Utah mountains and their local flavors, combining ground pine nuts with 55% dark chocolate.  Pine nuts are the seeds of the Pinyon Pine trees which are native to Utah and grow in the pinyon-juniper woodlands of their Great Basin.  The taste is nutty, earthy, and pine-y.  Perfect to pair with a cup of your favorite Yunnan black tea!
