Our white tea exploration will feature several different types and origins of unblended white teas. On deck are a couple of aged Fujian whites, fresh white teas from Fujian and Yunnan, and white teas from unusual origins such as Taiwan, Japan, and India.
The goal for the class is to foster an experiential understanding of the breadth of white teas available, how white teas are made and where they come from, and different ways to steep them.
Tickets to the class must be purchased in advance. Space is limited to 8 people so that we can make the best tea for the group and have a great learning experience. Class runs from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Each ticket is $25 and comes with a free tasting cup.
