    An incredible Liu Bao, around fifteen years old although the exact vintage in unknown.  It was made using an older method of liu bao production wherein the leaves are steamed to encourage the fermentation process, but are not pile fermented (as most of the modern style Liu Baos are these days).   The taste is very clean and sweet, earthy and woody.

    Aged in Malaysia.
