2011 Shou Mei Aged White Tea Minis

These little aged white tea mini cakes are super solid!  Very smooth with notes of dark fruits, leather, wood, and a hint of spice.  Highly re-infusable, each mini cake is about 5 grams.  Perfect for throwing in a mug, but tasty enough to warrant a more focused session.
